Although the projects we manage as a company are mainly school and office construction works, we have developed ourselves and our team in other construction areas such as; apartment renovations, villas, holding buildings, production facilities, tourism facilities, TV studios, and entertainment center constructions.
We follow the innovations and developments in the construction industry all over the world and we operate our teams with a modern understanding. Architecture
Our young and dynamic team of architectures has been offering their services with an expert staff since 2011 in terms of project designing and implementation of institutional structures. Our innovative and evolving team, which keeps pace with today’s rapid developments, has an architectural philosophy that develops new projects and shares the responsibilities of this development with others. Through this philosophy, we solve the architectural problems of every kind of institutional structure with the demands of our time.
For us, design is not just an abstract deed that combines forms, shapes, and materials, but an entertaining problem-solving endeavor. Our reason for existence is to make the living conditions of the people better and create inspiring spaces.

Infrastructure and Landscaping
As YTC Construction, we are developing projects that are appropriate for the nature and the environment together with our team of landscape architectures resident within the body our company in infrastructure and landscaping works as a complementary element in the projects we are undertaking.
In this regard, we are able to produce solutions to our customers in areas such as landscaping, drinking water, rainwater, wastewater, natural gas, displacement projects as well as pile-based, shallow foundation and anchorage retaining structures, culverts, siphon derivation channels and water reservoirs.
In landscaping and garden design projects we undertake, we create refreshing and gratifying spaces in schools, factories, villa gardens that complete and complement buildings. We create project designing in landscaping and offer a reasonable budget to our customers. Depending on their requirements, we can offer a variety of solutions such as garden planting, vertical and alternative gardens, walk ways and vehicle paths, natural stone, concrete, granite and stabilized roads, and ponds and water features.
Furniture Manufacturing and Assembly
We can offer our customers all kinds of support for their furniture requirements in our 12000-square meter manufacturing facility. We have advanced ourselves in this area by accumulating numerous references both domestically and in abroad in architectural project and product development, design, production, logistics and furniture assembly services. We design most suitable products for your home, hotel, office, factory, and school projects, according to your needs and your demands, from production stage to the assembly stage, providing hassle-free solutions.
From working groups to chairs, from archive cabinets to bookshelves, from meeting rooms to conference room furniture; we can design and manufacture all kinds of furniture for your school, office and work place projects.
We are making 3D designs and presentations for hotel projects in the country or abroad, and we even build actual witness rooms for hotel owners or architects in our factory. By this way, our customers can get a better chance of developing the design according to its usage by physically entering into the room and seeing the room not before the project ends but before the project starts. Especially we are actively conducting hotel and school projects in Mediterranean countries like Malta, Greece, and Middle Eastern and Asian countries like Iran, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Azerbaijan, Georgia.
In addition, from our factory which has the largest impregnation boiler tank in Turkey, we can also manufacture outdoor products such as city furniture, park areas, playgrounds, and garden furniture.
